The training program focused on teaching basic tailoring skills to the students. It was designed to give them practical skills that could help in their future. Sathee Foundation and Radico Khaitan believed that this program matched the schools' educational goals and would help in the overall growth of the students.

Radico Khaitan organized a skill training program for the students of L K International Public School in Kazipura Village as part of its "Sathee Skill" initiative.
SATHEE Foundation is a non profit organization focused on Social Awareness,Training, Health, Education, and Empowerment. It is comprised of like-minded individuals committed to supporting education and training for rural and underprivileged urban slum residents. SATHEE Foundation works on the development of slum and rural children, as well as the women living in these areas. The team educates children and their parents on the importance of quality education, healthcare, and personal hygiene.
